• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time:
• Within Cairo: Orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
• Outside Cairo: Orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Rates:
• Domestic Shipping (Within Cairo): Flat rate of EGP 70.
• Domestic Shipping (Outside Cairo): Shipping rates range from EGP 100 to EGP 120, depending on the destination.

• Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., intimate wear—if applicable).
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
1. Contact our customer service team via Instagram DM's within 7 days of receiving your item.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason.
3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the address to send your item(s) to.
Shipping Costs:
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.
• For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping of the new item once after receiving and approving the return.
Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Requests:
